ZUMBA® Gold Fitness Adds 2 New Classes
This class has been so successful that we've added 2 additional classes:
Tuesdays 2:30-3:15 - Open to under 60 for $3.00 per class--60 and older free.
Thursdays 12:30-1:15 - Open to 60 & older only
Fridays 12:30-1:15 - Toning Class with 1# weights.
Under 60 for $3.00 per class--60 and older free.
Please wear comfortable shoes and attire. The program is designed to have fun and increase fitness at the same time! So you don't think you can dance? No problem! Wii Bowling
The new time will be Friday mornings from 9:00-11:00am in the Old Exercise Room. Anyone interested in playing is encouraged to attend! We have such a fun time--please join us.
The Movie Matinee is Back!
Please note that movies are now being shown on Tuesdays at 12:30pm. Popcorn and drinks will be served. Donations will be accepted! February 7th, we will be showing "Water for Elephants", rated PG-13. VHS Tapes Converted to DVDs
Do you have VHS tapes with home/family videos? We have begun converting VHS tapes over to DVDs for a fee of $7.00 per DVD. A DVD will hold up to 6 hours of VHS tapes. Preserve those special moments by just dropping them off with Susan. We do not transfer copyrighted content--not even copyrighted movies taped from TV!
